Guitar Center Brea was opened on lovely July afternoon in 1995, serving Brea, Yorba Linda, Placentia, Anaheim, Orange, La Habra, La Mirada, Tustin, Santa Ana, Buena Park, Rowland Heights, Puente Hills, Whittier, Walnut, Fullerton, Diamond Bar, Chino and Chino Hills, and all the surrounding areas. The building the store resides in was originally a grocery store, just blocks from Downtown Brea. The store is a medium-format store with a large guitar floor. It has a large store feel and a small store vibe. We stock most major brands including Fender, Gibson, Ernie Ball Musicman, Taylor, Martin, Ibanez, Marshall, Peavey, Egnater, Acoustic, Ampeg, BBE, Xotic, Line 6, JBL, Mackie, Apple, Roland, Yamaha, Seagull, and many more!

Our guitar department is manned by some of the longest tenured associates in Southern California. Our associates have been serving the greater Orange County area for years! This store has a platinum room with access to some of the most amazing guitars by some of the best manufacturers. We have a very extensive stock of used guitars and amps, as well as a large stock of bass guitars and amps.

Our drum department is large and welcoming, with a good hand percussion stock and a very quiet and welcoming cymbal room with some of the largest stock of well known brands including Sabian, Zildjian, Pearl, Tama, DW, Latin Percussion and more!

In Pro Audio, we have a dedicated recording room with 2 demo ready stations to try the newest software from all the most current manufacturers including Avid, Arturia, Native Instruments, Waves, Spectrasonics, and more!  We also have a demo ready DJ station with an NS7, a Hercules RMX controller, and many other stations that are ready to play so you can try before you buy! We have a great selection of powered and passive speakers, all demo ready, as well as most of our lights in stock, on trussing, ready to see in action!
