The Totowa Guitar Center location is located close to New York City, about a 20 minute drive from both the George Washington Bridge and the Lincoln Tunnel. Totowa is a very large location. The store has one of the largest selections of used musical equipment in the area. The building itself was converted from a sports complex (part of the Holiday Inn) to retail space in the 1990's. The store has a very strong presence in the local recording, live, and DJ/lighting markets. Totowa has a very large clientele for high end guitars and has a bigger selection of high end Gibson and Fender in stock than most of the surrounding stores. There is also a strong family vibe at the Totowa location, since it is located in Suburban New Jersey. We welcome families and children to the store and have experience finding solutions for kids who are starting out with their first instruments. The drum department in Totowa is well known for having many limited edition drum kits and high end DW kits. The used drum selection is consistently amazing. There is a full inventory of drum kits though ranging from budget beginner kits to the best high end around. There is an all-new percussion section where customers can try all percussion equipment. The store's new guitar technician, Brian, does a great job and is very friendly. Feel free to bring in your guitar and talk to Brian about solutions to any of your issues.
