They call me Adam Disaster and I flow much faster than an amp with no casters!!! I also love to help each person who comes into our store find the perfect piece of gear, so they can start making some sweet sweet music!.
Current Projects

I have a home studio where I record all different sorts of music, Electronic, Ambient, Rock, Experimental, I'm working on a solo record for my Adam Disaster Project

Musical Education

Went to school for Audio Engineering in San Diego CA about 10 years ago, I was the Drum Major of my High School Marching band and got most of my musical training from my Awesome band Director Mr, D, All of my guitar/bass/drum playing has been self taught, and I've never had a single lesson

Musical Interests

I can find joy in almost any style of music, but some of my favorites are SKA, Punk, Rock and Roll, Metal, and Progressive music!!!

Favorite Instruments

I play Guitar, Bass, Drums, Trombone, Clarinet, Tuba, and I try to do sometimes try and belt out some sweet vocals!

My name is Adam Dodson, I'm an Assistant Manager here at Guitar Center Hollywood "The best music store in the world!'  I've also been a Department Manager and Sales Manager in multiple locations and can pretty confidently say that I know how to do just about anything that could need to be done in a Guitar Center.  I'd consider myself a Guitar expert above all else, but have lots of experience in every department here in the store.  All of the gear I sell here is very close to my heart as I am a collector and musician myself, I currently have 14 Guitars (including Basses and Acoustics) and countless Effects processors and Studio gear!!!  I play out as much as possible in an original band, and pretty much live a life with music in it from when I wake up until I go to sleep at night!!
