Hi, and thanks for checking out Guitar Center Rochester! Our store was opened in January 2001, and we have been serving the Rochester area's music needs ever since. We have a deep respect for our customers and a willingness to help that is hard to find. We also have the largest selection of quality musical instruments and live sound/recording products you will find! Guitar Center has enjoyed close to 50 years of growth and improvement, and we are dedicated to do whatever it takes to make sure each customer leaves delighted.
Here at the Rochester location, we have a staff of dedicated musicians who can understand where you are coming from. Our employees range from a drumline instructor at a local school, to a private piano instructor, and a recording expert with a degree in the field, just moved back from NYC.
We also boast an extremely talented and friendly Guitar and Instrument Repair Technician, Kris, who is always happy to make your instrument sound and feel its' very best. Kris is so good at what he does, he has been named Guitar Center's Regional Trainer, and is now responsible for training all of the Repair Technicians in our region!
Our General Manager, Ryan, previously worked in 2 of the 3 Atlanta stores before moving back home to Rochester, and has been back at this location for almost 3 years.
Our Sales Manager, Danielle, grew up in Rochester as well, and has worked at this store for over 6 years, and is dedicated to providing great customer service to the Rochester area music community.
