Cory is a guitar instructor, music composer and producer. He teaches all ages and levels, but is often sought by students wanting to play advanced metal and rock lead guitar. He started playing guitar at age 10, and by his mid-teens, Cory was performing regularly in the booming hard rock LA music scene of the mid-eighties. Heavily influenced by the virtuosic guitarists of that era (Eddie Van Halen, Randy Rhoads, Yngwie Malmsteen, Steve Vai...), Cory honed his knowledge and skills by studying privately with accomplished guitarists in metal and jazz fusion, while keeping busy with live performance, recording and touring situations in a variety of music genres including metal, rock, blues, funk, progressive/fusion, gospel/worship and pop. While earning a business degree at USC, he continued pursuing music by taking music classes and private instruction within the acclaimed USC Thornton School of Music. Cory's interest in writing and producing led him to record and release an album of orchestral-hybrid trailer and video game music in 2022 titled "The Journey" on Spotify and Apple Music. He currently has taught at Guitar Center over 6 years (at Orange and San Bernardino locations), plays in an Ozzy Osbourne tribute band, and enjoys recording covers for his YouTube channel while continuing to write and record in his home studio.

Music has always be a way for Elizabeth to express herself. She began expressing herself through the piano, playing her emotions through the music. When she entered middle school, she knew she wanted to pick up the violin and she did. She fell in love with the ability to be creative with her sound and shared it with anyone willing to listen. She played at church and at school, with her orchestra or alone. Afterwards , she was taught how to play the cello. Even as she learned a new instrument, she continued practicing piano and violin. Violin had become her primary instrument and still is to this day for over 10 years, but she enjoys exploring and practicing other instruments. When she entered college at Los Angeles Pierce College, she was given the opportunity to explore other instruments. There she learned how to play all types of guitars, viola, and voice. Her favorite class outside of instruments was music theory and she loves to help teach it to anyone who wants to learn. She graduated with an associate degree in music and is now studying at the University of California Riverside as a music major. She has taught at her church for many years and learned how to adapt to different learning styles for her students. She has experience teaching music either privately or as a group class. She hopes every student can find the fun in music as well as learning that it is a beautiful way to express oneself.
