Hello! I have always said. "music is the best hobby," and teaching music has always been a great passion of mine. I graduated with a Bachelor's of Music with a concentration in Music Business from Florida Atlantic University and have been playing guitar for about fifteen years. While living in Florida I was a in a successful local rock band and was even blessed with the opportunity to play at the main stage at the Okeechobee Music and Arts Festival. After playing in a band I decided to move to San Francisco , California and pursue teaching music education. Currently, I teach both acoustic and electric guitar, bass, piano and keyboards, and beginner drums. I also have experience in teaching ukulele, banjo, and mandolin. There is no age limit nor skill level to learning how to play an instrument.

Hi, I’m Eddie, a professional vocalist, songwriter, and educator based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I help adults build confidence, strengthen their technique, and rediscover the joy of singing—no matter your experience level. My teaching philosophy is simple: every voice is unique and deserves a safe, encouraging space to grow. Whether you’re an absolute beginner, preparing for an audition, or returning to music after years away, I tailor lessons to your goals. Together, we’ll focus on vocal health, breath support, expressive power, and connecting authentically with your sound. With a background in commercial music, songwriting, and vocal performance, I bring both artistic depth and practical tools to each lesson. I’ve worked with a wide range of students through private instruction and Bay Area music programs, guiding each one to find their voice and build confidence in performance and creative expression. As a performer, my sound blends soul, jazz, and improvisation—what I call ā€œsonic communication,ā€ a way of using your voice to express emotion, tell stories, and connect deeply with listeners. My experience performing at Bay Area jazz jams and collaborating with musicians across styles informs my teaching, helping students explore both technique and musical freedom. If you’ve been curious about singing but aren’t sure where to start, I’d love to guide you. Let’s work together to expand your range, develop your technique, and bring your authentic voice to life. Ready to start your vocal journey? Let’s make music together.
