One of the Midwest's top jazz bassists, Steve Gomez, has been teaching at Guitar Center since 2011. An accomplished bassist versatile in both electric and upright instruments, Steve began playing professionally while still in high school. He has played with the likes of Dizzy Gillespie, Doc Severinsen, Chester Thompson, and New Age Jazz bassist, Louie Colaianna. He is a familiar figure in Billy McGuire's Rave On Productions and also performs with the Omaha Big Band, Steve Raybine, and Matt Wallace. He can be seen Sunday nights at Mr. Toads playing with Luigi Inc. Steve is proficient in jazz, rock, and a variety of other genres. Steve teaches youth and adult bass. He has assisted in conducting workshops and band camps in the Omaha schools, as well as, colleges regionally. When not performing, Steve enjoys cooking and listening to music with his wife, daughter, and cat.

Keith Goodman has been teaching drum set and hip hop production at Guitar Center since 2014. His love for drums and percussion began in 5th grade after joining the school band. By middle school, he was gigging in rock groups with friends while continuing to grow in an academic setting through private lessons, jazz band, and high school drumline. After graduating high school, he spent several years touring and recording in various bands before going on to attend the Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. There he majored in Electronic Production and Design with drum set as his principle instrument. While attending Berklee, his passion for drumming expanded into the fields of music technology, beat production, and audio engineering. He has released several instrumental hip hop albums under the name Artie Strong Man.
