I hold a B.M. in Piano Performance with a certification to teach in NJ public schools grades K-12 in all areas of music. I also hold an A.A. in Electric/Upright bass performance.     I was born in Ecuador, but raised in New Jersey since I was 9 months old; making me bilingual in both English and Spanish. I began my interest in music at a young age with the violin in the third grade. I stopped playing the violin shortly after due to stage fright. It wasn't until I was seventeen years old that I began to take an interest in learning how to play the guitar. I then took private guitar lessons for two years. When I am not teaching or playing guitar, you can find me spending time with family and my two dogs, Peach and Willow, or studying for some kind of school assignment. I hope to graduate with a Doctorate in Public Health by 2026!
