I began playing guitar at age 10 without any real instruction or direction. After 3 years of asking my parents for guitar lessons I got an electric guitar and amp for Christmas. It didn’t take long to get signed up for lessons after my lack of aptitude became the entire houses problem. I eventually studied music at both MCC and Berklee College of Music in Boston, and got a very eclectic education in music theory, harmony and various guitar techniques.

In addition to teaching, Charlie frequently plays live shows, solo, duo, and in bands, where he sings in addition to playing instruments. Music has been a staple in Noah's life since he was a child. Although his playing journey started with pots and pans in the living room, Noah has been playing guitar for over 13 years. At the age of 7, he began playing the violin and when he was 9, he started playing the clarinet. And at age 12 he got his first acoustic guitar and took lessons for a couple years. During high school Noah focused on sports but during covid, Noah got a ukulele and not too long after that he got his first electric guitar and began taking lessons again. All the while he had an older brother that played the bass and taught him throughout the years.
