    Hey there, my name is Steven. I attended PCC & received my Sylvania Music Certificate. I love rock/ metal/ and video game music. I teach music theory , guitar, keys, bass, and ukulele.     Rae Stroeve has been involved in the Portland, OR music scene for over 19 years. Forming their first (and still ongoing) band, Malady during their college years at Portland State University, they were involved extensively in projects such as jazz ensembles, folk bands, and work for the PSU orchestra.     Trevor G is a lifelong musician having begun piano and choir training at age 5. Saxophone came at 9 and he began his primary instrument, guitar, at age 11 (27 years ago). Trevor G. has been writing songs and compositions since then, and played in bands his entire youth. He got a partial scholarship to NYU for Music Composition and Music Theory, and studied for 2 years, making the Dean's List. A love affair with live performance inspired Trevor to take a leave of absence from school to focus on being a singer/songwriter. His first Album came out in 2009 on Dovecote Records. He writes, records, and performs to this day. He began teaching privately in 2010 and has been teaching at Guitar Center since 2024.
