He earned a degree in Music Performance (emphasis on jazz guitar) from West Virgina University Frank most recently has worked as a performing, touring, session musician and producer in New York City while also teaching privately and in New York City public schools. He is currently a working musician in the Pittsburgh area where he also owns and operates his own studio and record label.
