Paul Caraher has shared the stage with such music luminaries as guitarists, Charlie Hunter and Dave Fiuczynski; jazz drummer, Billy Hart, and funk legend, George Porter. He has played such festivals as the Discover Jazz Festival in Vermont, Equifunk in Pennsylvania, and the Capitol Arts Jazz Festival in Providence, Rhode Island. Growing up in Nashville, Tennessee, Paul took lessons from blues guitarist, Nick Nixon, who along with good friend and bassist for Hendrix, Billy Cox, encouraged Paul's talents. Upon moving to the Northeast, Paul and brother, Justin, recorded the cd, "Caraher," which was favorably reviewed by the national publication, Jazz Improv. Another cd entitled "Up From the Underground" is available at iTunes and cd baby. Louis Perreira graduated (Summa Cum Laude) from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor of Music degree majoring in Jazz Composition and Arranging. He has over forty years of performance experience with various bands and at many different venues. He has composed, arranged and performed music for jingles, musical theater and church concerts. He worked for several years transcribing and recording music for "Stellar Records" - one of the top producers of Karaoke backing tracks. He has a strong Jazz background with an emphasis on chords, improvisation and theory but is comfortable teaching all styles of music to students of almost any skill level.

Growing up with both parents being singer/guitar players my education started early. After years of working on the basics i decided to continue my formal education with a GIT grad from California. After four years of training in music theory and composition i decided to continue my education by completing Berklee college of music books one and two. Through all that i started training in Classical , Jazz , Flamenco , Blues , Ragtime , Bluegrass , Folk , Rock and Metal. Along side of different styles i worked on open tunings and both speed picking and finger picking. I started my live performance with original music in Providence and surrounding areas opening up for acts such as Peter Wolf , 10,000 maniacs and many little known bands that later became popular. Later i worked in many bands in the Rhode Island cover scene. I am still currently working all over Southern New England. Once i started teaching it didn't take long to realize my passion for passing on the gift of music. Out of my 38 years of playing i have been teaching for 25+ years. One of the most important things i learned was to taylor the lesson to the students personal needs and interests. Ashley is a guitarist, bassist, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist with over a decade of experience teaching and playing around Rhode Island and New York State. She has taught, lead classes, and served as a Program Coordinator and board member at RIOT! RI since 2016 and played countless shows solo and in bands around the Northeast. Ashley studied at SUNY Purchase in New York, graduating with a minor in music in 2014, and has completed available theory courses at CCRI Warwick ahead of beginning a masters degree in Music Therapy at Augsburg University.
