A child prodigy when he started drumming at the age of 7, Joey Scrima is a world class drummer with a resume full of accomplishments. My background with music began with blues, rock and R&B as a kid after watching the movie school of rock. Favorite artists of mine include Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Mac Miller, Anderson Paak, the 1975, foo fighters, Paramore and more. When I'm not teaching I am taking on the roll of session artist for guitar and drums based out of a local studio. In my personal music I sing, produce and play guitar/drums. Currently I am a hired drummer for the independent artist Seth Witcher. Music and teaching have taken me from PA to Portland Oregon, LA, Nashville, Maryland and I'm am very excited to share my experiences with my home state.
