My name is Montana Cameron and I’ve been around music my whole life. My first love was drumming but I pride myself in my diversity as a multi-instrumentalist. I’ve been lucky enough to work as a drummer, guitarist, bassist, and sound technician. I truly feel like learning other instruments has helped me to understand the role of everyone onstage and I love playing other instruments with my students to get them used to playing with others, or as we call it: “jamming”. I started at Guitar Center in sales back in 2016 but switched to instructing as soon as it was offered at this store back in 2018. Helping others start their journey in music has become a big part of my life and is one of my favorite things to do, second only to playing live. I offer beginner to advanced lessons for drumming, guitar, bass. I offer beginner lessons for piano, ukulele, and mandolin. I specialize in rudimental snare drumming, music theory, and good ol rock n roll. I’m an eternal student of my craft and can’t wait to help you get started with learning our language of music!
