I grew up in south Louisiana where music is part of the culture. I found the drums very early on and they changed my life. Drumming developed my confidence, my coordination, and most importantly my love of music in general. One of the biggest aspects of my instruction is music appreciation. There is no better feeling than being able to play along to a song that you love. My expertise is in rock, alternative, indie, and blues drumming. In 2019 I graduated from the Recording Connection School of Arts with a degree in sound engineering. My students will learn important music theory, as well as fun drum chops that they can apply to their playing.
