Syd Wilhelm is a drummer, percussionist, and songwriter- currently pursing a music degree at Cornish College of the Arts, located right here in Seattle. He grew up listening to blues and classic rock, and especially loves listening and playing hard rock and punk styles with his friends. Syd has been playing the drumkit for 7 years, alternative percussion for around 6 years, and just recently started exploring songwriting more seriously. Syd is also well versed with various music styles and genres from all over the world, and is constantly trying to find new rhythms and musical ideas he is unfamiliar with to better his playing.
