Guitar Center has had a home in Brookfield, WI since January 4^th 2004. There's a lot of local talent in this musically rich area, the world's largest outdoor music festival "Summerfest" is hosted nearby and we're right next to the birthplace of the amazing Lester Polsfuss, known to most as Les Paul.


Guitarists, we have a very large selection of new and used guitars from the value starter packs all the way up to our showcase guitars located in our "Vault". Play acoustic guitar? We have a large humidity controlled area for our acoustic instruments including a separate room to demo our selection of acoustic/electric amplifiers and another room dedicated to our assortment of Taylor, Martin, and Gibson acoustic guitars. 

Does your guitar need some work? Bring it in to our GC Garage, our tech Brian can do set-ups, pickup installs, and a long list of other operations to get you and your guitar making music again!


Want to publish, create, or capture your musical ideas and projects at home? We have all the latest software and interfaces in stock in our recording department including a demo room with the software loaded and ready for you to test drive. It's time to get your music out there! We offer a free "Recording Made Easy" class every Saturday morning and also have several experienced and Pro Tools certified salespeople here to assist you.


Drummers are people too!!! We carry all of the most popular models of acoustic and electric drums by brands like DW, Pearl, Tama, Gretsch, Roland, Simmons, Yamaha, and more! We have several drum kits ready for you to play and an entire room dedicated to cymbals of all sizes and styles!
