Has been playing guitar for over 9 years now- both electric and acoustic. Has former experience playing tuba for over 3 years- and I sing. I have a background in musical theater/ theater, school band, playing and teaching in summer camps, and a lifelong affinity for music. Over the years I've grown not only as a musician but as an artist in my singing and playing guitar, my biggest inspirations are my favorite artists: Michael Jackson, Chappell Roan, Ariana Grande, and Queen to name a few. I hope and plan to expand not only my knowledge of what instruments I currently know I'd like to also learn bass, drums, and finish learning piano.

Student and lover of music. Across my 5+ years playing with bands and gigging in the DC Metropolitan Area, I've picked up a lot of little tricks and lessons/wisdom that I'd love to share and pass on to the next generation of musicians to help guide them along their journey. My background is in classical viola, but about 5-6 years ago I made the switch to bass, because I always found that my ear leans towards bass more in contemporary music, and began taking instruction with a Jazz bassist. I currently play with a few local Alt Rock, and Jazz Folk bands in the area, and can help you along the path to finding a band that fits you! Your lessons will encompass multiple elements of music that comprises a bassists responsibility and role in a song, including but not limited to, listening/ear training and playing by ear, finding the core of the groove, as well as technique like phrasing and articulation.
