Guitar Center has a history of having stores all over the country and in the biggest and best cities in the USA. In December of 2005 Brooklyn New York joined the Guitar Center team by opening a 22,775 Sq Ft monster of a store. Brooklyn is  known for it's very talented Hip Hop and DJ artists so in October of 2009 Guitar Center opened GCDJ a in house Virtual Nightclub with state of the art sound and lighting equipment.
But Brooklyn offers much much more than just DJ equipment! Guitar Center Brooklyn offers a large selection of Guitars and Accessories that will continue to grow and impress on a weekly basis. Along with the fine guitars we have, we also have "The Vault" which is a loud room where you can go and test Guitars and Amps in an environment where outside noise is not an issue. If electric guitars and amplifiers are not your thing our Acoustic Barn will give you the peaceful setting to try out everything from Ukuleles to Classical Nylon guitars to a large assortment of steel string acoustics.
For all your live sound,recording and keyboard/controller questions we would direct you to our Pro Audio Department. In Pro Audio you will find the Live Room where you can test out a multitude of speakers (powered and non powered), mixers, power amps and much much more. We also have for your recording pleasure two different studio environments including a Professional studio and In Home Studio where our weekly Saturday Recording Made Easy Classes are held. If Keyboards/ Controllers are more your speed we present our large two room showroom showing everything from Contemporary Keyboards for the home to Workstations for your studio.
