Just like the song says.. ”get your kicks on Route 66” One of the major stops along the way…San Bernardino….
Guitar Center, San Bernardino, nestled at the foot of the San Bernardino Mountains, was opened in 1993, on E street. With the economic growth of the area, also came growth to Guitar Center.  After 7 years we relocated to our larger, and current location, at 925 East Hospitality Lane in November of 2000.  In February of 2011, after 11 years of continued growth, brought on by superior customer service, Guitar Center got a face lift, revamping the entire store and giving us a  fresh new look.
San Bernardino and the surrounding areas have lent themselves to many musical genres, with bands and solo artists known ‘round the world.  Bands like Alien Ant Farm and Great White have gotten their start in this area and gone on to influence a much larger audience. Solo artists like Joan Baez, Dick Dale, Randy Rhoads, Sammy Hager, Travis Barker and John Jorgenson all come from the area. Some still call it home.
The people of the area love their music. Access to larger venues, like the many casinos in the area also bring many famous touring acts to this part of the world. Closer to home you can always find good blues or folk music in towns like Redlands, Riverside, and Crestline, to name just a few. Just ask our staff or any of the customers in our store and you can always find a good open mic night. In doing so you just might see some of the same faces performing there that you see on our sales floor.  Need a good DJ for a particular event?  You can find one on our community board or just ask for a reference from any of our Technology Sales personnel.   Serving the musical community of San Bernardino and the rest of the Inland Empire, as well as the High Desert, Palm Springs, Riverside County, and mountain communities such as Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead, Guitar Center Store 117, for the last 17 years, has had the privilege of providing some of the finest musical equipment available in the world.  Guitar Center San Bernardino has an excellent selection of new and used musical instruments and sound reinforcement gear in house. We also have access to an incredible assortment of new and used equipment available chain wide.
Everything being sold by Guitar Center San Bernardino is supported by our veteran crew. This store is unique in its veteran staff, some of which have ten or more years of tenure with Guitar Center.  Most of our sales associates have been chosen because of their vast knowledge of the departments they are representing.  Whether you are spending a lot of time searching for a very rare vintage piece or that very first instrument or a gift for someone in your life,  you can speak with someone who has knowledge of what’s available and what is best suited for your needs. The Technology staff can help you with building you first studio or a complete commercial facility, a portable DJ rig or a full blown live PA system. Please visit the employees’ personal profiles to gain insight on the impressive assortment of knowledge and experience Guitar Center employees can offer.
Please come visit us at 925 E Hospitality Lane and see what all we have to offer.
Remember “We help people make music.”  It would be our privilege to help you!
