I grew up in Fargo ND and have been playing guitar since I was 6 years old. My Mother inspired me to learn and play all sorts of instruments at a young age. I was inspired by her and my first guitar teacher growing up to create music. This created a drive to become a better musician. I went to college for music not only to educate myself, but to educate others in the future. When I graduated, I began teaching my friends and family how to play different instruments for fun. Later I moved to Bloomington where I began teaching professionally at their Guitar Center location. I recently transferred here, Fargo, to continue teaching at guitar center and to create music with my band.

Laura Lobo (Moorhead, MN) began teaching music lessons when she was living in the Tampa Bay area in 2007. She loves to create a fun learning environment and often allows her students to influence the direction they take in lessons, based on their specific interests. As each person's musical skills improve from week to week, she enjoys celebrating their progress and setting new higher goals. From reading music, to jamming out and improvisation, to songwriting, accompaniment of singers, composition, music theory, and studio recording preparation, Laura can help many to improve in the direction of their dreams. She graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with a B.A. degree in Natural Science. A few years later, she was the winner of WCCO radio's songwriting contest in 1990 for a Minnesota themed Christmas song.
