We opened our store in beautiful Chattanooga October 27, 2005. Guitar Center Chattanooga has been growing ever since. That is due to the great customers, musicians and people of this great area. As with music our store is always evolving and changing. That is most prevalent with our staff. Our goal is to help people make music and to build a vehicle for our customers and associates to pursue their dreams and reach their destiny.
The most important part of our business is you the customer. We want to build long lasting relationships with you and help you make music. Some of the comments that we have received from our great customer base says it all. Here are a couple of them.

A couple of weeks ago I went to Guitar Center. I came to find a guitar known as the Avenge SOB BC Rich. When I walked in and saw that you guys had a bigger selection than I thought you would, I was amazed. There were guitars as far as I could see. Not only that, but they were in the best shape and you couldn’t even see the wall for there were so many of them.
Also, the customer service was fantastic. The associates helped me find what I was looking for and gave me their opinion and recommendations. The guitar I bought is a great one. All I know is that I will continue to buy and shop at Guitar Center for all my musical needs, not just for guitars.

I am a hobbyist drummer and I have purchased 2 complete Roland drum sets plus add-ons from your store since 2008. I wanted to bring to the attention of the corporate office the fine job that the staff at Guitar Center Chattanooga, has done for me over the past several years. Store manager Chad Rigler, has consistently provided excellent service, pricing and interest in my overall satisfaction with the sales staff.
Additionally, Adam Rowe and the drum sales team have been very helpful, courteous and enthusiastic whenever I needed assistance or advice. In closing, I make mention of this as I feel recognition is due for a job well done. In the future, should I find myself in need of any accessories or on acoustic set I will most certainly consult with the GC team at that time.

We have a great team here at Guitar Center Chattanooga. They all come from different backgrounds and places.  Our staff brings years of experience in many different fields.
